Hello Microsoft TechNet,I've been having an issue with my computer for some time now. Every time I try to access properties it will NOT open.This issue has been going on for over a year but I havent thought much of it.I'd be much appreciated if anyone knew how to fix this issue. I believe this issue is occuring from a previous virus.If anyone can give me some support or help I'd be very thankful.Thanks in advance,Britt Jamerson.

On desktop. My Properties seem to be locked. I cannot access it.

try another user account. it could be a corrupt profile. is this your personal computer, or in a corporate office?

This is my personal computer and the same thing happens when trying to access properties on another user account.
